由於上次修章後﹐發覺會章內有一項尚未完善﹐故建議修改。

議案一

將會章內第14項 (1)(b), 由「三位幹事會常務幹事」

改為「最少一位幹事會常務幹事」

議案二

新會章在會員大會通過後﹐即時生效。

Special Notice

 

To CUHKAAA members

After the amendments of the Constitution of CUHKAAA last year, a clause was identified for further amendment as below:

Resolution 1

"at least 1 ordinary committee member" to replace "3 ordinary committee members" in Clause 14(1)(b).

Resolution 2

     The new Constitution will take immediate effect upon its passing in the Annual General Meeting.
