How to reset OnePass Password 如何設定或重設校友帳號密碼

1. 於CUHK Login頁面選取「Alumni ID Enquiry / Password Reset」。
   Please click "Alumni ID Enquiry / Password Reset" at CUHK Login.
   
   
   
   
2. 請填寫你的個人資料，包括香港身分證號碼、英文姓名、畢業年份。
   你可以選擇以電郵或短訊形式接收一次性密碼(OTP)，並按指示輸入你在大學記錄中的電子郵件/香港手提電話號碼。
   Please fill in your personal information, including your HKID card number, full name in English, and graduation year.
   You can choose to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via email or SMS. Please enter the email address or Hong Kong mobile number that matches your university records.
   
   
   
   
3. 請填寫你收到的一次性密碼。
   Please enter the OTP you received.
   
   
• 如選擇以電郵接收：請登入你的郵箱，你會收到來自 mycuhk_alumni@cuhk.edu.hk 主題為【CUHK - Alumni ID Inquiry / Alumni Password Reset】的電郵，請輸入電郵中的6位數OTP作核實。
  If you choose email: Please check your inbox for an email from mycuhk_alumni@cuhk.edu.hk with the subject [CUHK - Alumni ID Inquiry / Alumni Password Reset]. Enter the 6-digit OTP from the email to verify.
  
  
  
  
• 如選擇以短訊接收：請檢查電話短訊，你會收到來自 #CUHK_SMS 的短訊，請輸入短訊中的6位數OTP作核實。
  If you choose SMS: Please check your text messages for an SMS from sender #CUHK_SMS. Enter the 6-digit OTP from the message to verify.
  
  
  
  
  
  
4. 請記下閣下的校友編號（Alumni ID）及 MyCUHK 登入用戶名稱以便日後使用。如有需要，請按“Proceed to Reset Password”重設你的OnePass密碼。
   Please remember your Alumni ID and MyCUHK Login ID and keep it for future reference. If needed, you can press "Proceed to Reset Password" to reset your OnePass password.
   
   
   
   
5. 依照大學建議格式設定你的密碼。
   Follow the University password requirements to set your new password.
   
   
   
   
6. 成功設定密碼後，你可即時使用新密碼登入 MyCUHK。
   You can use your new password to access MyCUHK after receiving the successful password change alert.
