Program:

(1) Baking your own moon-cakes

                     

Instructor: Teresa Tang

Note: Number of people actually engaged in the making of moon-cakes is limited to 10
so please email Edmond Luk ( EdmondAndIda_Luk@bigpond.com ) to book a place
as soon as possible.  It will be on a first come first serve basis. 
If you have moon-cake moulds with you please also bring them along.
The total cost will be shared among all participants (approximately $15 each).

No limit for the number of “observers”.

 

(2) Lantern Making (using Chinese knots)

Note: Free of charge and no limit for the number of participants.
