Can you remember the
Easter Family Fun Day in 2004?
Thanks to Jacky Tam, he has agreed to
host a Family Day again at his residence.
There will be different types of
activities, such as games, Karaoke, BBQ and family photo sessions.
Date
: 23rd September 2006 (Saturday)
Time
: starts at 2:00 PM
Dinner
: about 6:30 PM (Format: BBQ BYO food)
Place
: 10 Carlyle St., Ashwood
Games and Karaoke will be coincided
with the family photo sessions.
Family photo sessions begin at 2:00PM
and finish at 6:00PM. Each session is 15 minutes so we can only
accommodate 16 families at most.

: family portrait of group, or individual(s)
Session
: 15 minutes (2:00-2:15; 2:15-2:30; 2:30-2:45; 2:45-3:00

Print
: 1 full color photograph 8 inch by 10 inch (A4 size). All
digital image files will be burnt to a CD and return to family. You
could do more printing at home.
Cost
: $25, including a 15 minutes photo session in studio quality,
one large 8 x 10 color print, CD with all digital images. Payment
on the day.
N.B. CUHKAA-VIC will cover all
expenses and any profits will go to consolidate revenue of the
association.
Jacky is well regarded for his
interest in photography. He has kindly agreed to provide his
professional service to fellow members and their families again.
With the enthusiastic support from Jacky, we are able to organise
the second family portrait day. We would provide a studio like
service for a family to record some memorial moments (of their
family). The cost is $25 and it is only a nominal charge to cover
all the expenses. The number of sessions is limited and once they
are filled, they could not be extended. Within the 15 minutes
sessions, about 10 shots will be taken. We will pick one photograph
for each family and it will be printed on site. All digital images
will be copied to a CD.
It is an exciting program and sessions
are limited. The service is provided on a first come first serve
basis so please register your interest as soon as possible.
Time will be allocated and your
session time will be informed once all sessions are filled.

or sessions. It would be much appreciated if you would give us 2 or
3 preferred time-slots.
