三位傑出校友以自身的生命故事，分享她們在人生及事業不同的階段如何發揮內驅力，持續追尋夢想，成就自我。對學生及校友（特別是年青一代）必定有所啟發，有助職場及人生發展。

【Summary】
The three alumni guests will share their amazing real-life stories to inspire students and alumni (especially the younger generation) on how to exercise their inexplicable inner drive at different stages of their lives and careers to keep pursuing their dreams and achieve self-fulfilment.

林曼雅校友大學時代曾入住志文樓，並任宿生會主席。闊別宿舍多年，活動當天她將再回到志文樓，與同學們暢談她學生時代的書院及宿舍生活中五個極具意義的經歷與選擇，如何造就她的人生。

【Summary】
Lived at and as the President of Residents' Associations of the Grace Tien Hall of New Asia College during her undergraduate years , Norris will return to the hostel for an inspiring conversation with students about five meaningful experiences and choices that shaped her into who she is today.

【Summary】
Does a successful student always lead to a successful life? How to define success? What are the competencies needed in the development path to achieve a successful life? As the awardee of the 6th Hong Kong Outstanding Students Awards and the Chairperson of the Youth Arch Foundation, which organizes the Hong Kong Outstanding Students Award as well as the Youth Arch Student Improvement Award, Norris will share her insightful observations and perspecitves with you.

趙慧嫻校友為新世界引入黑客馬拉松廣納人才，以「創造共享價值」（Creating Shared Value）理念為基礎促進員工發展。透過帶領學生參觀K11 Musea，趙校友將為大家剖析商業世界人才挑選與培育的密碼。

【Summary】
Apart from introducing Hackathon to the New World Development Company Limited to recruit talents, Jenny also promotes staff development based on the concept of "Creating Shared Value". Through a tour of K11 Musea, Jenny will unveil the secret of talent selection and cultivation in the business world.

【活動內容】
去年的傑出校友訪問計劃學長計劃獲得熱烈反響，六位同學均獲益匪淺，今年傑出校友訪問計劃將繼續推出學長計劃，三位傑出商界領袖將會各自為兩位優秀本科同學提供為期半年的指導，使其能深入了解商業世界及社會中的種種挑戰及機遇。三位校友會親自挑選指導人選。（詳情請按此）

【Summary】
Following the overwhelming response from its first launch in 2021, this Mentorship Programme is available again this year for all undergraduate students. Each alumni guest will mentor two outstanding students for six months, providing them with an in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the business world.
